Where: My home in Apex about 4 miles from Beaver Creek Shopping Area, near Apex Nature Park (address given upon application) OR virtual book club using Zoom meetings.
What: Using our text for the book club, we will deepen reading comprehension and constructing meaning, apply critical thinking skills, annotate with text evidence, making meaningful connections, using thoughtful dialogue, improving listening and speaking skills, and increase vocabulary all in a fun book club format
Cost: $50 for the club. Must have book, several stacks of standard size post its, and folder by the first session. (Limited to 6-8 students and canceled if less than 4 students register by the Thursday before the club starts). If you enroll 3 additional friends, your child can come for free- That is a $50 savings to you!

Applications are due via email the Wednesday before book clubs start. Class confirmation will be no later than the Thursday before book clubs start. We must have at least 4 students to hold a club.
